Terms of Service for Better Church Video by Overflow Creative, LLC

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing the Better Church Video course ("Course"), you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Course.

Course Access

The Course is sold and delivered through Gumroad. Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Course via your Gumroad account and a confirmation email containing your access link.

Lifetime access is defined as ongoing access to the Course for as long as Overflow Creative, LLC continues to provide it. We reserve the right to discontinue the Course at our sole discretion, but will make reasonable efforts to provide notice to purchasers.

While we look forward to continuing to improve and expand Better Church Video over time, no future updates, added materials, or new separate offerings are guaranteed beyond the time of purchase.

You are responsible for safeguarding your Gumroad account credentials. Overflow Creative, LLC is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the sharing or mishandling of credentials.

Licensing

A single purchase grants a lifetime organizational license, meaning all paid staff and active volunteers at a single campus or physical location of a church or organization may access and use the Course content.

  • Licenses are limited to a single campus or physical location. If an organization operates multiple campuses, a separate license is required for each campus.
  • Each person using the Course under this license must be either a paid staff member or an active volunteer of the purchasing organization.
  • The license is not transferable outside the purchasing organization.
  • Access is managed through the Gumroad account associated with the original purchase.

Overflow Creative, LLC reserves the right to terminate access for any license found to be in violation of these Terms.

Payments and Refund Policy

Payments are securely processed through Gumroad. A one-time payment grants lifetime access as defined above.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Course, contact us at jake@overflowcreative.net within 30 days of your original purchase date to request a full refund. Refunds will not be provided after 30 days.

Sales Tax

Gumroad acts as the merchant of record and is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting applicable sales tax and VAT on all purchases. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Intellectual Property and Content Usage

All content within the Course, including videos, written materials, and downloadable resources, is the property of Overflow Creative, LLC and protected under copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the Course for personal or organizational use as defined under Licensing.

Prohibited Uses:

  • Redistributing, copying, recording, or publicly sharing Course content without permission.
  • Using the content for commercial training purposes without a separate license.
  • Using the content in any pornographic, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful manner.

Any detected misuse will result in immediate access termination and potential legal action.

Access to Digital Assets and Resources

With a purchased Better Church Video license, you may receive access to digital resources. Due to the lifetime nature of the license, these assets have no expiration date. However, access to some hosted assets may be limited or removed if Overflow Creative, LLC ceases operating Better Church Video. Assets previously downloaded may continue to be used, but continued access to hosted resources is not guaranteed.

Cancellations and Termination of Access

Because the Course is purchased as a one-time lifetime license, there are no recurring subscription fees to cancel. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us, but doing so will remove your access to the Course.

Overflow Creative, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Course is provided on an "as-is" basis. Overflow Creative, LLC makes no guarantees regarding the results you will achieve from applying the Course content.

We are not responsible for technical issues, service interruptions, or actions taken by third-party platforms such as Gumroad.

Liability for damages related to use of the Course will not exceed the amount paid for the license.

Privacy and Data Handling

Your use of the Course is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at overflowcreative.net/betterchurchvideo/terms. Continued use of the Course after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America.
