I never want to be the leader who tells people to do things I'm not willing to do, but delegation is inherently taking yourself out of the process.
It's hard to balance the difference between wanting to be with your people doing the stuff, or removing yourself from the process and delegating the task (or, more importantly, the responsibility) to them.
